Open Enrollment Period (aka OEP)

(November 1st - December 15th of each year) (This was shortened by the U.S. President for the 2018 enrollment period) The period of times during which individuals who are eligible to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan can enroll in a plan in the Marketplace. Individuals may also qualify for Special Enrollment Periods outside of Open Enrollment if they experience certain (QLE) Qualified Life Events.
